+ BENEFITS OF USE OF DOUBLE RAIL LOADING SYSTEM (P&F) IN ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION LINE:

Painting line for products of large length, if using a conventional conveyor chain with a single guide rail when turning, the product needs a very large turning radius, occupying a lot of workshop area.
Double Rail Conveyor Chain System (or Power & Free Conveyor System) can Move the Product to move sideways and run in reverse.
Therefore, with the aluminum bar chain system using the P&F conveyor system, it can be installed on small premises with a minimum size of 40m in length and 7m in width. Compared with the aluminum bar coating system using a conventional single-rail 5T chain, it will save a lot of workshop space and installation space.
